[pmwiki-users] problem enabling mailpost

I am running pmwiki 2.26 on a unix host with apache. The site is at http://www.evnsong.com/storywiki/pmwiki.php
Remote Diag is on.

My local/config file has:

# to enable mailposts-not set in mailpost.php script file
$MailPostsTo="ffoss at evnsong.com";  # where to send mail
$MailPostsDelay=1800;                 # wait 30+ min after initial post
$MailPostsSquelch=7200;               # require 2+ hours between mails

## this should handle mail posts on change of content.
include_once("scripts/mailposts.php");
$EnableMailPosts=1;                   # to enable mailposts-not set in mailpost.php script file


In my wiki.d directory under the main wiki directory is a file called ".mailposts" and contains such lines as the following:
1110993170  * Profiles.DinkDink . . . March 16, 2005, at 12:12 PM by Karen L Key
1110995480  * Profiles.DinkDink . . . March 16, 2005, at 12:51 PM by Karen L Key

The file entries cover the 5 days since I ""EnabledMailPost"  I still get no email notification at ffoss at evnsong.com which is a valid and operating email address otherwise.

Suggestions appreciated as to where to look next.
