Ah, right. I must have accidentally written (:endmarkup:) when trying to
terminate the first (:markup:) block.

*sigh* I would really have appreciated it if it had been (:endmarkup:)
or (:end markup:). I'm keeping too many diverging conventions in my head
already... </sigh>
...ah well.
