[pmwiki-users] New pages link

I would like to have a "new page" link for really novice users.

I would envisage that when you click on the link you are prompted for a page
name,
on entry of the page name that (new) page (in the current group) is then opened for editing.

I'm not worried about creating unlinked pages because I use pagelist to
provide access for them
(in this case these pages are for regular reports)
