According to my logs the $SessionAuthFmt variable disappeared in
beta29 (when the whole authorization system was redone), but 
it didn't get explicitly mentioned in the ChangeLog.    I'm not
sure how the MakingPasswordRequestsExplicit recipe using $SessionAuthFmt
could work in beta29 or after.  (It might work if someone is using the
UserAuth recipe, though, since that may still be using the old variable.)

My intent is that PmWiki's default will give some indication of the
password being requested, but I was going to key it off of the
authorization level needed (read, edit, upload, attr) instead of the 
action being performed (browse, edit, diff, etc.).
