[pmwiki-users] MakeWikiPage CookBook Script

Does anyone have a copy of the MakeWikiPage Cookbook script? I am 
looking to create something similar for PmWiki V2 and the script would 
be a useful starting point.

doesn't exist anymore. I have searched the old mailing list posts and 
can't find the original script anywhere.
