PHP sessions don't always work well when cookies are disabled.
PHP often has features built in to try to work around this (and "try"
is the operative word here), but PmWiki doesn't currently play well 
with those workarounds, as it involves PHP examining the HTML generated
by PmWiki and manipulating the links to preserve the session id.
