I don't have any intent to make [[free link]] completely case
sensitive -- I agree it would be too confusing.  What will probably
happen instead is that we provide this capability as a recipe, or 
possibly use a different markup to indicate "case-sensitive link". 

Or maybe case-sensitivity only comes into play when there are
multiple matching targets, thus [[polish]] and [[Polish]] end
up being different pages only when there are indeed two separate
pages distingushable by case, otherwise they both go to the same
place.

And note that case-sensitive page names will probably be available 
only on those operating systems that have case-sensitive filenames 
(i.e., Unix and Linux), on Windows and Mac OS/X systems the two
are going to be the same page no matter what we do (unless we get
into some fancy filename encodings, which I'm not a fan of doing).
