[pmwiki-users] More details on globally defined styles? Working examples?

Does anybody know where and how the www.pmwiki.org specific style %date% was
defined?

I could not find it in the GroupHeader
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/GroupHeader, still some people are using
it on the PmWikiUsers Site (http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PmWikiUsers).

If it is defined in some .php file, what is the function to make it cursive
and the right nice and unintrusive size?

It would be nice to have a few working example styles listed on
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/CustomWikiStyles.
