Do you really want/need all of the <rdf:elements> that are in the
bottom part of the code?  They're all embedded within an HTML comment, which
means they aren't displayed anyway.

For the visible stuff, you can put the following at the bottom of your
SideBar page (it's a little long):

Or perhaps we come up with a "(:cclicense by-nc-sa:)" recipe that 
allows one to select the license and it automatically generates 
the appropriate HTML code.
