Because Ccox.Trail isn't on the trail, it doesn't have a
"previous" and "next" page to link to.  As described above,
only [[Page1]] and [[Page2]] are "on" the trail, and on
those pages the <<|[[Index]|>> markup will be expanded to
the previous and next pages.
