I did check it out, it works in general but not with a include
directive, see:
http://www.netstreams.org/netstreams/pmwiki/index.php/Pagetoc/PageWithInclude
the css of the right sidebar (where the included toc is) isnt finish, so
you may have to scroll to the right .. . ..
