I found a Windows32 executable for Ghostscript, and ppmtogif.exe as
part of Netpbm. I am getting now  a gif image output, but it is not
right, won't display. My image viewer says "wrong header".

What does ghostscript do?
abcm2ps delivers the ps file. Can ppmtogif work with that to convert
into gif?
