Could we change the link on Site.UploadQuickReference to view the page
to include ?action=browse  ?

so instead of

**[[{$Name} | View the {$Name} page]]

have this:

**[[{$Name}?action=browse | View the {$Name} page]]

Then the link will work even if normal self-links are disabled.
