Hi,

I improved the ActionLog recipe and incorporate features some have
(sugg|requ)ested on the mailing-list and in the page [1] FAQ section:

* Able to optionnaly create archive pages of previously logged actions,
* Circumvent the standard page modification tracking to allow the IMS
caching feature to work.
* Added an experimental tracking of outbound links.
