[pmwiki-users] Upload attachment

I'm running PMWiki on windows box and I'm trying to
make a change in the configuration so that there is a
link to update attachments.  So far I have followed
this link:
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/UpdateAttachments

But for some reason nothing happens.  I places the
following code...

$IMapLinkFmt['Attach:'] =
    "<a class='urllink'
href='\$LinkUrl'>\$LinkText</a><a
      class='createlink'
href='\$LinkUpload'>&Delta;</a>";

...into my my config.php, but I see no affect on the
attach link.  The Delta does not appear.  Sorry if
that has been asked a million times.
