I looked at the RecentChanges page, and it listed only ten changes
within the past 30 days, and seven of those were simply reverting
text as opposed to updating content.  So, that didn't look
like there was a lot of activity to me (still doesn't).

It would be nice if there was some way to know how much the
blacklist itself is being updated, as opposed to the pages
describing the blacklist.

At any rate, it does look as though Manni and Joe are continuing
to at least watch the chonqged list, so it's probably worthy of 
inclusion.
