To restrict access (read not allowed) you can create group of readers in 
Site.AuthUser
@readers:@authors,Jane,Eve

and define users
Jane:@readers (:encrypt janespassword:)
Eve:@readers (:encrypt evespassword:)

and read-protect the group of pages with @readers in "password for read" 
field
