[pmwiki-users] UrlApprovals query

Hi,

On the help page PmWiki/UrlApprovals it mentions using an RSS feed on 
AllRecentChanges to find pages that need their links approving. I don't 
understand how to do this. Can someone help? Is there a way to (:pagelist 
unapproved links:) or something? And is there a way just to approve all 
links sitewide, useful for when you have newly installed the script?
