[pmwiki-users] What was the page action to refresh flat file atributes and indexs?

I seem to recall a way to use wget with a URL action
to refresh the contents of a page causing the
attributes (such as the title) and the pageindexs to
be updated.  I'd like this is so that I can do it from
a script after manually creating a page.  For the life
of me I can't find the email from Patrick describing
how to do this.  I also don't see it on the
AvailableActions documentation page and I can't find
it in the sources. :(
