Exactly. As an added bonus, I've modifed trails.php to work with John's
teasers, so I wanted that modification to stay. In other words, I need to
do an 'svn update'.

That might have worked, but as I was afraid of loosing the changes to
trails.php, I manuallly edited the .svn/entries-files and replaced
"svn://pmwiki.org/" with "svn://38.119.121.196/". This worked.
Thanks for the help Patrick, and let me now if there's something more I
can do to troubleshoot this other weird thing that stops 'wget' from
working. (Just in case it's something in your end)
