[pmwiki-users] trouble with IE display in Notsosimple skin

Hi,
I just discovered the Internet Explorer display problem on one of my wikis using the Notsosimple skin.

I applied fixes for this problem as described here http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/NotSoSimpleSkin
but they are not working for me. 

Can someone help me troubleshoot this, please?
