[pmwiki-users] Quick/easy way to check if page is passwd protected?

I'm not sure what BW meant, but I've sometimes wanted something like this -
to be able to use a conditional statement that looks for whether any (read,
say, or edit) password attribute has been set for a page or group.
Something like (:if <is_set> <page_edit_attribute>:).
