I'm not planning any substantial changes to the PmWiki's HTML
output.  :-)

We probably don't want this, because of:

    # Here's a numbered list item

    # Here's another numbered list item.

The blank line would end up closing the ordered list and the
restart numbering with 1.  (Same is true for any lists that
might have blank lines in the middle.)
