[pmwiki-users] Upgrade difficulties

Somehow the permissions and/or ownership of your wiki.d/ directory
has changed such that the webserver is no longer able to manipulate
files in that directory.  

Since this appears to be on a Windows platform of some sort, and
I'm totally unfamiliar with file/directory/webserver permissions in
that environment, I don't have much more information than that.
Perhaps someone else can chime in here and help out...?
