[pmwiki-users] Editing CSS and JS files

A recipe that I've been thinking about testing is WebAdmin:
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/WebAdmin

(If it works) this doesn't do exactly what you're asking for, but it does
allow you to sidestep the FTP issue.
