[pmwiki-users] Page Lists

I added page PmWiki.PageLists, which is a sanitized version of
Cookbook.PagelistExplained, and put a link into the Documentation
Index.

I thought it important to have this in the main documentation.
There is a lot of important info on the page.
I indicated in green features added in the current beta series.
