[pmwiki-users] Spurious Emails from Notify

By default, PmWiki's notify function has a subject line of
"PmWiki recent notify posts",   not "PmWiki Update Notification".
Are you changing the value of $NotifySubjectFmt somewhere?

It might be helpful if you could send me (privately?) a copy of
your config.php file...
