Hans,
     A few things for you to try
     1. Create a directory called 'tmp' (chmod to 755) in the root 
directory for your web site (where your index.html file would be).
     2. Check the path variable $PubDirUrl in your config.php located in 
your local folder.
          Either
           $PubDirUrl = 'http://www.fali.nl/d2/wiki/pub';
              or
          $PubDirUrl = '../usr/home/web/snl86731/d2/wiki/pub';
