you can create a site wise rightbar with Site.RightBar,
or a groupwide rightbar (overriding the sitewide rightbar)
with SomeGroup.RightBar,
or rightbars for individual pages (overriding the site and group rightbars)
with SomeGroup.SomePage-RightBar, i.e. use the pagename, but append
-RightBar to it to create a rightrbar page for this particular page.
