[pmwiki-users] visitor subscription per page/group

Hi,

is there an easy way to offer per page/group email-subscriptions?
I checked the notifyList variables and stuff that looks good but to  
complicated for normal users.

Use case: I'm organizing a party and we expect bad weather. now I  
could send email back and forth or have a discussion on a wikipage  
where everybody can decide to subscribe.

the easiest way would be notification based on recent changes. a form  
that copies the email given in the respective place without any admin  
intervention.

Is that a wish or available?
