It doesn't "force" any such thing.  A recipe could have *both*
a Version: and a Date: header.

Well, *I* certainly won't get it confused; I'm just worried that others
might.  But since I don't hear anyone saying that "Version:" would be
a bad idea for this, we'll go with that.
