[pmwiki-users] Turning off SideBar

(:noleft:) or (:noright:) as appropriate. If you're like me and use
<div> statements to build your sidebar, you may want to check the
recent discussion (b/w Saturday and yesterday) about how to accomplish
this by slight modification to PmWiki markup (you'll add the change to
your config.php).
