Is this data for user registration? Or just information?

To save form data in the wiki, you may want to look at ZAPData --
there are also user registration and login examples. I don't know if
Caveman (the ZAPData author) has made a ZAPData->csv conversion yet,
but you could ask.

I see http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/CSVInclude -- but that's
csv->wiki. You want wiki->csv or form data to fork both into wiki
data AND csv. I don't think there's a recipe that does this (yet).

Can it be done? Yes, absolutely.

Is it something I can just give you the magic answer for in a simple
email? No. This is the type of work I do for my clients, and would
take me an hour or three to make sure I get it right.
