$HTMLHeaderFmt is your friend!

$HTMLHeaderFmt['metarefresh']="
  <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60">";

put it on a page configuration file

  local/GroupName.PageName.php

so it just refreshes that one page.
content number is in seconds..
