[pmwiki-users] Attached graphics not showing up...

I copied the source into my testsite Wikisandbox and the snippet works fine.
(I had to upload gifs and when uploaded they were displayed)

Perhaps you could try
(:attachlist:) to check the group , extensions and upper/lower cases

Anyway it is strange - if the picture is not found there should be the 
link for upload
Check the config files for various permitions and actions (downloads, 
uploads etc)
