To have PmWiki mail you when someone edits a page, see
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Notify .

The Site.AllRecentChanges page keeps track of all edits
to a site.  To get an RSS feed of all changes, just
enable RSS feeds on the site (http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/WebFeeds),
then add ?action=rss to the end of the Site.AllRecentChanges url.
(In fact, one can get an RSS feed for any wikitrail or pagelist, 
including Site.AllRecentChanges, per-group RecentChanges pages, 
categories, or any other pagelist one can come up with.)
