I have used it. It does an almost decent conversion. But it's
not enough for a full conversion. 

Most of  it is correct, but  there are enough mistake  or non
conversion so  you  will need  to  review  everything and  finish
it  with a  good text-editor. But it does 80%-90% of the job.
