Seriously,

1) we need a list of what cookbook contributions the area will need  
(such as Drafts)
2) we need a name for the area
3) if we need special admin permissions, we need to get them

Then Patrick -- i.e. the guy with the server -- needs to set up the  
recipes for the group or any other stuff only he can do.  The rest of  
us can take it from there I think.
