[pmwiki-users] notify problem

Can you explain where to set that?  I'm running apache with php.
Don't really know very much about how either of them work as I just
installed them for PmWiki, and otherwise, they have worked fine.  :)
I don't even know what version they are, but could check.  It's a line
in some configuration file in php I'm guessing?  Or is that a line I
can add to a PmWiki config file?  If so that would be cool.

I do know where my php config file is but didn't find a line
resembling the above.  I did find:

[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
SMTP = localhost
smtp_port = 25

; For Win32 only.
;sendmail_from = me at example.com

Dare I change it there?
