[pmwiki-users] No textarea while edit

When I click the "Edit" on any page and the new page "action=edit" is
visited, all the "Save" "Preview" button are there, and <form action>
tag is also there by IE view->source, but <textarea> tag that contains
the page text is missing. The result is i can't edit any page.

When I ftp the entire pmwiki directory to another web hosting site,
the Edit works. It suggest me the pmwiki installation is fine. It
might be either PHP or permission issue on my Linux.

Here is my configuration. Any clue?
pmwiki-2.2.0-beta3 with local/config.h = docs/sample-config.php
php-4.1.2-7
Redhat Linux 7.3
Apache/1.3.23 (Unix)  (Red-Hat/Linux)
entire pmwiki directory is chmod 777
