Here is a link that will take you to the page on your own wiki:
http://www.bcseweb.org.uk/index.php/Site/PageTopMenu
This is designed to be managed from within the wiki, by editing the
page, and NOT by editing files on the server.
How to find all the pages that make up your skin from within the wiki:
1) Log in to your site with your administrative password, and then
click in your wiki's Search box, at the top left, and search for
Site/ list=all
("Site" is capitalized, and followed by a "/", then a space, then "list=all")
You'll get this search-result:
http://www.bcseweb.org.uk/index.php/Site/Site?action=search&q=Site%2F+list%3Dall
This list shows you all of the pages in the Site wikigroup (regardless
of whether they come from files in the wiki.d or wikilib.d directories
on your server).
IF you run the same search when you are NOT logged in, the result will
display only those Site pages that are used by the skin to display to
non-logged-in visitors (like me).
Hoping that helps -- ask for more if you need it!
