There isn't anything like that at the moment. I know something about 
listing authorized people and/or what people are authorized to do 
(people, password-sharers, depending on authentication system) is in the 
todo list, but not sure of the progress.

It is possible to show text conditional on privileges. Check out 
Site/PageActions.
