Ahh, that seems to have been the problem.  My upload of the new farm
failed somewhere, and didn't transfer the last half of wikilib.d.  I
should have figured.  Thanks for the tip.  I was sure it had something
to do with permissions or htaccess.  Just the file wasn't there!
