[pmwiki-users] pagetoc only showing with admin id

hello
 
using the latest stable release of pmwiki and have authuser running. pagetoc
is only showing when i am logged in as an admin. the only other group is
@editors. has anyone else had a similar 'problem'? i would like pagetoc to
be showing regardless whether someone has logged in. cheers. david
