If you have server access, find the corresponding files in the wiki.d
directory and rename the files there -- deleting Faqs.RecentChanges
when you're done.  There may be other steps you should take to get
indexes and caches and such-like updated, maybe someone else can help
with that.

OR install and use the very useful Rename recipe --
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/RenamePage, and then delete
Faqs.RecentChanges from the server.
