Cookbook/SlideShow brings S5 to the pmwiki world.
Quite straightforward and works nice.

If you also want to fit your presentation (and your wiki, as well, if
you like) into a usb stick, you might try Cookbook/Standalone (I went
with The Uniform Server solution, and all was fine in ten minutes
time). You might want to have a look at Cookbook/WikiOnAStick as well.
