[pmwiki-users] accent and url

Hello,

this is a problem I saw before, and it is related to a PHP update on the 
server. Urls with accents, like :

http://www.adiu.fr/a/index.php/ZéroDeFréquence
or
http://www.adiu.fr/a/index.php/Z%e9roDeFr%e9quence
are displayed like this
http://www.adiu.fr/a/index.php/ZRoDeFrQuence
and of course with the "?action=edit" because they don't exist.

I'm sorry, but i don't remember the solution you found before...
