[pmwiki-users] Internationalization issues

Hello,

I noticed some problems in the Cookbook/RenamePage with the accentuated
characters when we choose the option of renaming the dead links
(probably when renaming implies a change of group).

recipes, in order to help their writers to fix them, no?
