[pmwiki-users] auto rewriting of urls that look like dates (bad)

Yes, wikipublisher includes wikilog, so it also has the same issue.
Both of these rewrite any dates they find in the markup to 
be a different format, including dates in links and other places
where they should probably be left alone.
