[pmwiki-users] Revised PublishPDF recipe released with many minor enhancements

The new version 2.1.8 is awailable from:

If you are using a local wikibook PDF server installation
(strongly encouraged), you must upgrade to version 0.9.7a
to take advantage of the new features; available from:

What's new:
- enhanced latexrender equation markup supports aligned equations
(thanks to Samuel)
- simpler to install and configure latexrender (thanks to Tyrel)
- Fig(id), Tab(id) and Eq(id) capitalise the first letter of figure,
table and equation; cf cite(key) and Cite(key) (thanks to Tyrel)
- add {*highlight text*} to complement {+insert+} and {-delete-}
- add ;author;quotation as start-of-line markup for quotations
- numbered list styles and numbered list continuation now work in
the PDF (fixes a long-standing issue)
- enable alternate ExtractTrailStops function to support publishing
a "trail of trails" (thanks to Gustav)
- enhanced wikiforms supports exact matches in lists (thanks to
Peter) and autofill field using $_REQUEST['fieldname'] (thanks
to Edwin)
- various presentation enhancements
- started a local Cookbook for Wikipublisher-specific recipes; see
